A selection of projects where we helped clients solve real business problems
Mid-sized private sector bank — 45 branches, 180,000 account holders across South India
The bank's core system had been running for over a decade with limited vendor support. Branch staff relied on manual data entry and overnight batch processing for routine transactions, which was slowing down customer service and making RBI compliance reporting a painful, error-prone exercise.
We replaced the legacy modules incrementally — starting with the transactions layer — using an API-first architecture built on Java and PostgreSQL. The rollout was phased branch-by-branch to ensure zero downtime. A web-based dashboard gave branch managers real-time visibility into daily operations and compliance status.
"We'd been putting off this upgrade for years because it felt too risky. Humanus Global made the whole process smooth and well-managed. The team genuinely understood banking operations."
— Head of IT, Regional Private Bank, KarnatakaD2C Fashion Brand — 12 physical stores across South and West India, growing online presence
The brand had outgrown its off-the-shelf e-commerce setup. Inventory across stores and their website wasn't synced, leading to regular stockouts online and unhappy customers. Orders were managed through multiple disconnected tools, making fulfilment slow and error-prone.
We built a custom D2C platform tailored to their catalogue and fulfilment model — with real-time inventory sync across all 12 store locations and the online store. A mobile app for customers and a WhatsApp order-tracking integration were added to improve post-purchase experience.
"We finally have one system that tells us exactly what's in stock, where, and what's been ordered. It's changed how we run the business day to day."
— Founder, D2C Fashion Brand, MumbaiMulti-specialty clinic group — 18 clinics across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, 120+ doctors
Appointments were booked entirely over the phone, and each clinic maintained its own spreadsheet. Patients often couldn't get through during peak hours, leading to missed bookings and walk-in overcrowding. Doctors had no way to view a patient's history from another clinic in the group before a consultation.
We built a patient-facing booking platform (web and mobile) connected to a shared appointments database across all 18 clinics. Doctors got a pre-consultation dashboard showing patient history and past visits. A video consultation module was added for follow-ups, reducing the need for in-person visits for minor reviews.
"Our front desk staff used to spend half their day on the phone managing appointments. Now patients book themselves, get reminders, and even do follow-up consultations online."
— Managing Director, Multi-Specialty Clinic Group, BangaloreLast-mile delivery startup — 350 delivery partners across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai
The startup was coordinating 350 delivery partners entirely through WhatsApp groups and phone calls. Route assignments were manual, customers had no visibility into their delivery status, and the ops team had no way to know where any partner was at any given time.
We built a delivery partner mobile app (Android-first) with live GPS tracking, auto-assigned routes optimised by zone and load, and in-app status updates. An operations web dashboard gave the team a live map view of all active deliveries. Customers received automated SMS and WhatsApp updates at each delivery milestone.
"Before this, running operations was chaos. Now everything is in one place — where our partners are, what's been delivered, what's delayed. It's made us a much better company to work with."
